O-RING CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY

APG offers certificates of conformity for its o-rings which include:

• - APG SKU
• - Customer SKU
• - Quantity
• - Unit of Measure
• - Batch Number
• - Cure Date
• - Country of Origin

This certificate certifies the item(s) described are in conformance with and complies fully with applicable APG specifications in effect at the date of manufacture. All related supporting documentation may be made available to the purchaser upon request. Unless stated otherwise on the individual item package label, elastomers shall have a shelf-life expiration date of fifteen (15) years from the batch and cure date as per AS5316. Batch and cure dates are not applicable for metal products.
